In the early 20th century,the spreading cooperation in China took an impact on the early Communists,which laid a foundation in theory for carrying out the co-operation movement in the Central Soviet Area .but before and after 1930,the severe socio-economic situation especially after the poor agrarian revolution in the Central Soviet Area was in urgent need of restoration and development. Seemingly,it quickened the co-operation movement to be brought into practice.Strictly adhering to the basic principles of the cooperative system, such as "voluntary" "Democratic managemenfequality and mutual benefit",the Soviet government adopted the Pattern " help the public and private" "from bottom to up"to set up agencies as a decoy.In addition,they guided the masses to participate in the co-operation movement step by step , resulting in a positive response . At the same time, the Soviet government applied the imports into co-operation movement in a flexible way and developed a variety of cooperative organizations involved in many fields. The number and types as well as internal management and operation profoundly reflected that the Soviet government developed agencies by taking a Creative and particular initiative.The cooperation movement carried out in a wide range played an important role. the Soviet changed the ways of producction, from which the Soviet government gained a dominant economic performance; and thepeople's livehood issue can be resolved.the masses gained practical benefits. During that, the masses and the Soviet Government integrated their common benefits into a strong community. Owing to this kind of perfect interaction ,the Soviet government made full use of cooperative organizations to call up the masses' revolution spirits.Therefore,they integrated and mobilized the rural resources,applying which into the revolution.
