The establishment of Central Soviet Revolution base was a threat to the rule of the Nanjing National Government. In order to consolidate political power, Chiang Kai-shek led the Nationalist government in Nanjing strengthened the economic isolation and the military aggression to the Central Soviet Revolution base with five sequent "encirclement and suppression" , which troubled the existent condition for the Red Army led by CCP. To adapt the difficult circumstances, the Provisional Central Government of the Soviet adjusted policies and make use of the distrust and conflict between the KMT and regional governments with which performed positive military and economic communication, especially with the the 19th route army ,the Guangdong warlord Chen-Jitang ,Such kinds of communications disabled the "encirclement and suppression" to some extent, and bettered off the existence conditions positively for the CCP in the crisis time.This paper is focus on the conflicts between the Provisional Central Government of the Soviet and the KMT, the cooperation between the CCP and the KMT regional governments comprehensively, and make an analysis on the impact on the communication experience, and the afterward internal contraction resolution of CCP , United-front during the democracy revolution period through mass and in-depth research and explanation on the historical documents.This paper consists of 4 parts:The first part is the introduction giving a description of the significance of topic selection, the structure of this paper, and the current research methods and progress.The second part explores the relationship between the Provisional Central Government of the Soviet and the regional government in Fujian province. In this part, analysis is made for the reasons for the outbreak of the Fujian Event and dealing solutions adapted by the temporary central Soviet government for the event through the discussion of the conflicts between the Nanjing KMT government and the 19th route Army and the negotiation process between the CCP and the 19th route Army.The third part focus on the relationship between the KMT central government and the regional government in Guangdong province. From the contradiction between Chiang Kai-shek and Chen-Jitang, figures out the reasons for the Chen-Jitang's attitude transformation from stubborn anti-CCP inclination to the negotiable cooperation with central Soviet government. And studies the detailed issues and the further impact for the cooperation on military and economic exchanges.In conclusion, the communication between Provisional Central Government of the Soviet and KMT regional governments was in nature an inter-capitalization relationship for mutual advantages which played an important role in the existence and further development for Provisional Central Government of the Soviet by resisting the military "encirclement and suppression" and economic isolation carried out by KMT.
