Study On The Culture Construction Of The Guangxi Beibu Bay City Gruop

In recent years, the cultural construction of the city groups has been engaged in -theoretical research all the time. The report of the Sixteenth Congress pointed out clearly: "We are building a well-off society, we must vigorously develop socialist culture and building a socialist spiritual civilization, and actively develop cultural undertakings and cultural industries."The social reform and Harmonious society require updating culture strategy and rebuilding culture value. And the major way is to develop city group's culture and culture industries which basis on the idea of the regional culture strategy. To build the culture of the city groups is a new task, which appears very important and timely. It should be pointed out that to construct the city groups is a long-term and systematic project, and can not be fulfilled without the joint efforts of all societal forces.This paper probes into the hot issue of the construction of the culture in Guangxi BeiBu Bay city group. On the first part of the thesis ,it tell us about the background and significance, and domestic and foreign scholars on city culture research group to carry out literature review, summed up the cultural construction of the city group focus and the difficult location. On the second part, it is to say about the city group of construction related to the concept of culture and to explore issues related to grooming. First of all, it introduces what is cultural, urban culture, urban agglomeration culture, city cultural structure. And then sets forth the necessity and feasibility of the construction of the Guangxi BeiBu Bay city group, and illustrates that it is not only necessary and feasible, but also has great practical significance. The third part, use SWOT to analyze its current situation and problems; it includes strengths, weaknesses and opportunities, challenges. And more over is to profound what need to solve. Finally, this paper put forward solutions and counter measures to deal with its problems, such as increasing the financial input, paying more attention to talent cultivation, strengthening the culture protect, deepen cultural restructure, integrating cultural resources, stretching cultural industries and so on.
