promoting the development and prosperity of socialist culture.Kweichow is a multi-ethnic province,where is rich in ethnic and cultural resources,especially in the vast rural areas with the advantages and potential of developing rural cultural industry.Nowadays,in order to keep up with the national and the provincial well-off.The people,where lived in Kweichow minority nationality regions,are speeding up the development and are striving to catch up with and surpass them.There is no doubt that developing ethnic cultural industry is an important way.And it can not only realize the inheritance and protection in national culture,but also promote the development of economic and social in Kweichow minority nationality regions.The thesis' perspective is based on the traditional culture inheritance protection and the national rural cultural industry development.The thesis tries to look for an effective way,which analyzing the protection of the traditional cultural and the development of national cultural industry on a study Zhao Xing cultural industry development situation.It comprehensively analyzes cultural resources,stages &process,the developing achievements and existing problems and so on,which Zhao Xing DongZhai national rural cultural industry included.Therefore,the thesis' material is based on the field survey and a large number of the first-hand material.Through integrating and analyzing find that Zhao Xing DongZhai national rural cultural industry has gone through four stages and features,including exploration &discovery,rudiment,preliminary and development.Zhao Xing national culturalindustry has three main types,they are villagers spontaneously endogenous,government-led and development-oriented Corporate Champion.It has obtained predominant achievements in traditional residence cultural tourism industry that according to the center of Drum Tower,cultural production that the national crafts development-oriented produced,the rural cultural performances that experienced the flock culture,as well as the music industry that song & dance and drama presented,etc.And it reaches win-win situation in the field of boosting the local economic development and leading Dong minority peasants to affluence and producing significant influence in enhancing Dong minority's culture self-confidence,self-conscious and self-renewing.Meanwhile,the thesis will analyze the influence factors that developing the Dong minority cultural industry.For example,due to starting late,weak foundation,lack of talents and conceptual changes slowly,leading to its the lag of weak infrastructure;low level of development of cultural industry;protection consciousness is weak on cultural tourism resources;national cultural & tradition crafts inherited very hard;the lack of representative figures and representative industrial brands;the insufficient original is in artistic performance,but excessive stage-wise feature;insufficient invest industry and less than cooperation mechanism.It is based on problems and cause,cultural resources' nature and the practice of Cultural industry development,the thesis will
