With the astonishing revolution of modern science and technology, economic and scientific developments have reached an unprecedented height, which results in the continuous rise of social productivity and of people's spiritual and cultural needs. Music, as a vital spiritual and cultural aspect of culture, can no longer meet the satisfaction of people at a superficial and emotional level. People are pursuing the essential understanding and knowledge of musical phenomenon. Vocal music, as an art of performing, which has been evaluated more subjectively for a long time, has been mainly taught orally. What's more, its textbooks have been subjective to describe the right method as well, which makes it become quite an abstract and subjective art for its learners to understand thoroughly and appreciate its essence for the lack of theoretical support.Musical acoustics is a kind of science to study and explore the objective nature of music, with the basis of acoustic measurements providing the most objective measurement data. This thesis aims to raise a new methodology by applying the objective measurements and subjective evaluations, which are the two main means of musical acoustic measurements, to the research of the visualize abstract vocal performance and education for performance and education of vocal music. To visualize the vocal music research, I'm pursuing the gist of applying a specific physical experiment and its experimental thinking to the study of vocal phenomenon, applying the computer analytic processing of the testing to the subjective evaluation, and applying the qualitative statistical tests with the objective measurement method to the arts research services of the arts vocal by analyzing the fundamental frequency, harmonic, formants of the tenor and baritone sound quality, and aim at finding out the objective parameters impacting the sound quality and the subjective evaluation as well. What's more, I write this thesis only research into the perspective of the musical sound and the sound spectrum of techniques used on the essence of singing voices, instead of singing performances on the artistry. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is the general introduction to voice research involving the research object, traditional research methods and the status of this study subject. The second part deals with the application of the musical acoustics measurements in arts vocal, the first of which expounds upon the necessity on it and the latter of which focuses on the two measurement methods-objective measurement and subjective evaluation of vocal arts applications to study and their main principles and methods. The third one is the explanation and application of the analysis system used on objective measurements. The last part is mainly about the concrete example of the objective measurement and subjective evaluation on the timbre of tenor and baritone by fuzzy mapping. Finally, the conclusion comes along with the specific data on the phenomenon of vocal arts and is followed by the summary on the application, the development prospects and the future of a musical acoustics, as a concluding remark.
