New Comments On Sun Li's Fictions

In the development of Modern and Contemporary Chinese Literature, there's a rare writer with his own unique style at a place in literary history. Sun Li is one of the most prominent one. From the 1940s to now, Sun Li's fiction is his pursuit of the ecological esthetics and is often a new regular reader. However, the existent studies of Sun Li used to be about his writing style, aesthetic pursuits, creative way to realism and especially the female characters, but it has been a lack of updated theories, perspectives and methods.This paper attempts to discuss the ecological esthetics in Sun Li's stories in order to be able to expand the studies of Sun Li and his fictions.In this view, Sun Li's pursuits of ecological esthetics derived from the deepening of China's contemporary literary writing as well as Sun Li's choice of esthetics and values. In this sense, the subject of this article is to discuss the ecological esthetics and develop its "modern" significance.The paper is divided into three chapters. The Introduction discusses methodological value of interpreting the ecological esthetics in Sun Li's fictions, at the same time sorts out briefly on the research achievements of Sun Li's fictions, and judges its shortcomings. On this basis, the object of the paper brings out its own point of view. The first chapter describes the historical process of ecological esthetics in Chinese contemporary literature. The second chapter deals with aspects of ecological esthetics in Sun Li's fictions. Compared with other contemporary writers, Sun Li's contemporary stories are more focusing on the ecological beauty. The third chapter is the analysis of the ecological beauty and its "modern" significance. From literary history, the paper discloses the "modern" significance and characteristics of the ecological esthetics in Sun Li's fictions.First of all, the history of comparative literature relevant situation to study the ecological esthetics of Sun Li's fictions contains the contents of the time. This is about the study of its "modern" meaning; secondly, from the idyllic relationship with the revolutionary discourse, the more contemporary phenomenon related literature to discuss the ecological beauty in Sun Li's revolutionary discourse: the existence of contradictions and conflicts between them, or mutual adjustment, clever fusion? How does Sun Li imagine the times through a new and revolutionary discourse? In this view, ecological concerns and writing is an inevitable trend of human irreversible, but in view of human transformation of industrialization there's still a contradiction between man and the environment. Therefore, the ecological esthetics is an open-ended topic and is still worthy of our further exploration.In this paper, the theory of ecological perspective is using the method of aesthetic criticism to interpret Sun Li's fictions. Theoretical reference and text analysis is used together. That is, from the macro-and micro-perspectives to explain the ecological beauty of Sun Li's fictions.
