Research On Center Regime Of Chinese Soviet

"Soviet" is the Chinese transliteration of Russian word"Cobet" , which means "deputies' convention" or "convention". Soviet system, as the political basis of Soviet Union, is a type of organizational regime that Russia toiling masses created in the process of revolution against tsar's autocracy rule. Lenin called it "the budding of revolutionary regime." As a branch of Comintern, the Chinese Communist took the foundation of Soviet regime as her political creed since the day it was founded. In the construction process of Soviet Regime of China, the Chinese Communist was to accept Comintern's instruction and supervision on many fundamental issues.The founding process of Chinese Soviet Regime is the process of Soviet's localization in China. On November 7,1931, the first National Party Congress of Chinese Soviet was convened in Ruijin, Jiangxi Province, which signified the foundation of Chinese Soviet Regime. Under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party, Chinese Soviet Regime had progressively done a lot of work in every aspect. As the first regime of the people's democratic dictatorship, Chinese Soviet Regime undoubtedly is the glariest part on Chinese history. She called on and embraced Chinese people's war of anti-Japanese and war against Chiang Kai-shek. It also advanced the foundation of Anti-Japanese Nation-wide United Front and promoted the process of land revolution. Besides that, she also accumulated valuable experiences on the foundation of the people's democratic regime.Japanese imperialism's aggression was even more strengthened after "Nine One Eight" Incident. Our nation's fate was at stake especially after "Event of North China". At the critical moment, Chinese Communist Party and Red army, holding the national interest in mind, replaced the government of Chinese Soviet with the government of Shan Gan Ning border area. The regime of Chinese Soviet had been disturbed by Wang Ming's "left-leaning" doctrinarism since its foundation, so we can not ignore that and we must learn a lesson from that so as to rein our regime better in future.This paper, taking Central Soviet Area as the breakthrough point, analyzes mainly every aspect of the political construction of Chinese Soviet in that period ,so as to serve as a source of reference for our Party.
