An Study Of World Cultural Heritage Historical Data And Text Analysis, And Its Application

World Heritages are treasures of the world, which have shown the course of human civilization development. As the unwonted and unreplacable human wealth acknowledged by UNESCO and the World Heritage Committee, the world heritage has great cultural value and social significance.There have been 35 World Heritages in China, Applying for the world heritage has been one of the hot topics in those destinations with historical and cultural identity. The great charms of world heritages attract so many people. But the process of applying has no such concerns.The paper first introduces the World Heritage's concepts, categories, amounts, and then how it came into being, the Cultural Heritage critirias, procedure and conditions, how it was inscribed in the World Heritage List were introduced in this paper. This article tried to begin with narrating the development process of Chinese world heritage, to analyze its category, then made a certain exploration in Chinese world heritage enterprise. By analyzing the World Heritage nomination dossier made by China or foreign and advisory body evaluation made by ICOMOS one by one, some differences have been found out. In this dissertation, the methods used in the paper which combining substantial evidence with living example, qualitative with quantitative, home with external, entirety with part. Through viewing the actual applying work, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to help this applying work to go on scientifically and orderly, so as to be served as reference for application works.
