It is almost a half of century from the early Ming Dynasty Hongwu to Xuande.During this time,the relationship between the Ming Dynasty and ancient Vietnam realm had experienced lasts of things . During the early time of the Hongwu Year, China and Vietnam communicated with each other peacefully and friendly. But just at this time,the political situation of Vietnam had experienced some dramatic changes.The new ruler of Vietnam changed its foreign policy .And some conflicts happended. Finally, a war outbroke. The army from the Ming seized the domain of Vietnam. The Vietnamese people resistanced fiercely. As soon as the Mingxuanzong started his rule,he adjusted the Dynasty's policy. He stopped the war.So the peacefully and friendly relationship of China and Vietnam restored. The scope of this thesis is from the Hongwu time to the Xuande time.The author things that his thesis can help us to understand more about the relationship between ancient China and Vietnam.
