Since the destruction of Yuan Dynasty, the Ming rulers began to set their sights on Tibetan region after Reinforced their own regime. However, the Northern forces of "Yuan" still occupied the North and South desert, made a great threat to the Ming dynasty's domination. So the Ming dynasty's political and especially military attention, were arranged in the line along the Great Wall's named "Nine" areas. The historical background of a profound impact on the Ming Dynasty of Tibet (including the other Tibetan-inhabited areas) rule. In this paper, an attempt at historical information on the foundation excavation, systematic exposition of how the emperor Yongle reign a short span of 22 years time (1403 -1424), the extension for a period of the Yuan and Ming Taizu possession governance policies and be improved, through the "closed many public building" policy, the final consolidation of the central government in Tibet and other Tibetan areas Dubs' rule; analysis of how the Yongle emperor according to the prevailing social situation in Tibet formed administration, religious affairs, the economy cultural reform and restructuring, in order to achieve the stability of the Tibetan society, and between the various denominations to be bound thereby creating a relatively free and relaxed competitive environment. Up from the content is divided into four parts, the first part of the main description of Yongle emperor's policy in Tibet and religious policies; the second part will address the Yongle emperor of the Tibetan areas of economic policy; third part briefly describes the Yongle period of Sino-Tibetan cultural exchanges conditions; Finally, sum up the Ming emperor Yongle in the implementation of "closed the public to build many" hidden rule-based policies, in the development of Tibetan society, while promoting economic exchanges between the Chinese and Tibetan and cultural exchanges, historical significance.Inspection and research in many previous works on the basis of this paper, an effort to make the following points:1. Be able to clearly summed up Yongle emperor policies governing possession of the specific issues, analysis of the correlation between them, the system described the Yongle emperor's policy of political aims and historical significance.2. Article the focus of the detailed be able to "seal many public building" policy specific formulation, the major King's canonization process, system and other relevant details, as a basis for policy argument canonized historical influence.3. Sino-Tibetan ethnic groups, through economic, cultural cross-model verification, and further Sino-Tibetan peoples have always been friendly exchanges between the historical facts to refute the fallacy of some Tibetan independence elements. At full use of the existing research and literature on the basis of the Teacher guidance and through their own efforts, the successful completion of thesis, in addition to achieve a clear argument, arguments, argumentation tight, the fight in the research methods and research on all the innovation, has improved.
