Franz Peter Schubert (1797 -1828), an important composer in the end of the 18th century and the beginning of 19th century Austria. And was the brilliant representative of the early European Romantic Music. He bequeathed us rich musical cultural heritage in his short life. The impromptu (op.90), which is well-organized, Meaning Meaningful has been going on now with Time-honored. It's still used widely in performing and teachingThis thesis takes Schubert's impromptu (op. 90) as the subject, with the uniformed structure, the pioneering harmony, the advanced mode, and the multi-layer sound as the points of entry. The text can be divided into four chapters: Chapter one studies the similarities and differences of his four impromptus in structure, tonality, theme, the main line, rhythm, form, as well as texture, discussing the unity of the structure; Chapter two analyzes the work's harmonic character, and studies the function of the harmony in color developing, atmosphere rendering, tension cohering, color contrasting, etc. Chapter three studies the new relationship between the mode and tonality, and the flexible alternation of the mode. Through the contrast with the typical four-five mode relationship of the classic period, this chapter also studies the third tonality relationship implied in Schubert's works; Chapter four analyzes the sound from the work's text, and studies the horizontal and vertical structures and relationships, also studies the multi-layer sounds based on the case.
