The accordion is a kind of portable musical instrument with strong artistic style and participatory nature. The rise and fall of it is an important musical phenomena in the near and modern history of China. It was commonly accepted in China in a specific period. Nowadays, with the enthusiasm falling in the whole country, the accordion art in Baoding is facing serious trial. Though this art has a long history and a profound foundation in the city, it is imperative to renew and develop accordion education.After-class education plays an important role in accordion art development. As a historical city, there is a strong artistic atmosphere in Baoding. Accordion education has its proper place in after-class education of Baoding, inflencing the development direction. The author launches an investigation on the problems in after-class education and puts forward reform policy in order to make contributions.As to the related problems, positive research method is taken and metaphysical discussion made.
