Stylistic Features Of Research Papers

With the development of science and technology, more and more research achievements are acquired. Research papers, as a tool of exchanging information, play an important role in display and preservation of scientific achievements. So mastering the stylistic features of English research papers becomes more and more important in order to write papers persuasively, objectively and scientifically.On the basis of relevant theories, with large language corpus, the thesis analyzes the stylistic features of English research papers comprehensively and systematically through 3 procedures: linguistic description, textual analysis and contextual factors analysis. During the process of analysis, stylistic markers are taken as the standards to measure stylistics features of English research papers. Finally the thesis puts forward some implications that should be paid attention to during the process of writing English research papers.
