Aesthetic is one of the most advanced and complex mental activities in human being, since ancient aesthetic activities are associated with all aspects of human life. At present, under the highly developed spiritual civilization, arts aesthetic is becoming indispensable cognitive-behavioral for human being. The professionals in the arts field as a typical representative of the aesthetic subject, it is generally agreed that there was significant difference in the aesthetic between them and ordinary people. As an important component of the arts aesthetic field, there were no researchers have cared the aesthetic cognition, beauty experiences and emotional responses of the two types people in the art of aesthetic activities, which causes a blank point in the area of fine art aesthetic research. Therefore, it will be a great significance and value for studying art aesthetic differences among the different subjects bedeutens.The sense of beauty is based on the needs of beauty, in accordance with the standard of beauty in society by individual, it is an emotional experience during the process of the evaluation on an objective objects. In this study, Chinese, Western painting will be the main aesthetic object, and fine arts students which received different professional education years, general students will be the aesthetic subjuct, By comparing their emotional response in the aesthetic experience process of the paintings, this study will explore the professional students and general students'beauty differences between Chinese paintings and Western paintings, and to furtherly on the aesthetic difference among the students with different years of art education.In experiment part one, by organizating professional subject and ordinary subject and put the group into practical testing, showing the mixture of different style and potency art works randomly, we asked the subjects that made a judgement based on their true emotional response for the stimulus pictures. We made statistic and analysis on the results of the two subjects'response, the results show that:(1) There is being significantly difference between the professional students and non-professional students in their aesthetic cognition. As opposed to the Chinese painting and Western paiting, the professionals'more enjoy the style of Western paiting, the ordinary students more enjoy the Chinese painting. (2) In the process of aesthetic,the professionals'mental activities are more than non-professionals in general.In experiment part two, by organizing the three subject groups of the receiving professional education:0 year, 1 to 5 years,6 to 10 years, and assessing the scores of their aesthetic experience and emotional response to the paintings(the experimental materials are the same of the part one). By making comparison and analysis on the results of three groups'responses, we could find out that:(1) There is being significant effect about the years of professional art education to the preferences of Chinese painting and Western painting style. As the Chinese painting, the just being professional education students own the highest beauty, but the students of receiving the 6 to 10 years art education will be return to the ordinary students'similar level in aesthetic of the Chinese painting; As the Western painting, the beauty degree of the two groups student which receiving the art education are closer and high stronger than the non-professional students. (2) Student's aesthetic cognitive ability and aesthetic judgement level can be trained and upgraded by the professional arts education. In receiving 1 to 5 years arts education, people's beauty degree will be significantly enhanced for all the paintings, and will have more aesthetic mental activities.This period is the one period that the aesthetic will be changed the most significantly and have the strongest aesthetic plasticity.
