Tie-dye craft is the ancient ethnic customs and unique skills among Bai in Dali, it is the traditional folk printing form that people love, it contains the wisdom and cultural identity of the Bai ethnic, and it has a unique visual language that reflects the Bai people a better understanding and the pursuit of happy life.zhoucheng village at xizhou town in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture is the main area producing tie-dye,99 persent of the population at the village is the Bai, tie-dye craft is the main economic and cultural sustenance among the local Bai people,the craft completely preserved and unique ethnic customs makes zhouchen known as "living fossils of Bai Folk", over the 300 years history of zhoucheng,As China's economy continues to open up and develop, the tie-dye at zhoucheng is gradually known to the outside world, of the city of tie-dyed weeks, this small village establish a business relationship with other countries and regions, so that Bai has also been gradually recognized by the outside world. Continuous commerce and trade make the poor villages rich, many changes in social life begins. However, the situation of the development of the tie-dye makes us worried, it did not gain a huge space for development as the increasing fame, the problems among the lack of heritor and the craft itself cause that the tie-dye is at the risk of disappearance.Looking back on the document about Bai's tie-dye craft, I found that there were kinds of article on the detailed description of the process and the pattern analysis about Bai's tie-dye craft, all kinds of tourist-type articles formed the surface prosperity of tie-dye, while there were rare articles studying deeply on the transmit ion activities of the tie-dye craft, even if part of the articles have found some problems, but didn't carry further exploration. if we want to develop and inherit the tie-dye craft, we must construct an appropriate transmission mode, through this mode, we must not only develop and enhance the material aspects of "form" of the tie-dye craft, but also preserve and pass on the "spirit" hidden among the spiritual dimension. aiming at the neglect of the previous studies, the focus of this paper was to carefully study its transmission, cultural connotations, existing value and transmission significance, and then build an effective transmission mode, otherwise, the die-tie can not be truly transmitted.This paper mainly makes use of the ways of educational anthropology, for this research is not only about the technology itself, but also about the spirit of the production process technology, while the spirit of the process can not be measured in statistics and data, so I chose the method to observe and analyze. In this study, first, I understood the difficult position and problems existing in the transmission through the analysis of the documents secondly, I acquaintance the historical causes and the ecological environment for the tie-dye through the origin, thirdly, I carried out the observation, interviews, and understanding to all aspects of products, processes and transmission activities through the fieldwork identified the fundamental problems existing in the transmission of the tie-dye, analyzed the value and significance of the existence of the tie-dye, finally, I put forward some advice about the transmission focusing on the problems from the perspective of education, hoping to provide a certain reference value to other non-material cultural heritage. Firstly, through the understanding of Bai's history and culture, I briefly introduce the Bai ethnic sources, history, language, religion of zhoucheng, and then understand the history, development and evolution of tie-dye at zhoucheng..Chapterâ…¡:The fieldwork about the situation of the transmission of Bai's tie-dye craft at Zhoucheng. First, I understood and analyzed the ecological environment of the transmission of tie-dye through the fieldwork, then carried out a comprehensive investigations by the way of observation, interviews and questionnaire. Found out the puzzled and problems existing in the transmission, finally, I extracted the core problem.Chapterâ…¢:the reasons for the problems among the transmission of Bai tie-dye craft, there are three reasons among the transmission:the rapid changes in modern social structure and transformation deconstructed the soil of agricultural civilization which the tie-dye depends on; for the changes of the productivity and economic structure, the tie-dye has suffered a strong impact from domestic and foreign advanced technology as well as modern civilization; for the infiltration and influence of modern education, the educational and training objectives in the ethnic minority areas simply agreed with the Han's.Chapter IV:the existence value of Bai's tie-dye craft. I carried out a deeply excavation of the existence value of Bai's tie-dye craft:cultural values, economic value, scientific value, artistic value and the value to the Bai ethnic groups and individuals.analyzed the importance of the transmission of Bai's tie-dye craft, found out and the value and significance for saving.Chapter V:the idea about the construction of the transmission of Bai's tie-dye, through the analysis of the reasons in Chapterâ…£,â… tried to put forward the ideas about the construction of the transmission of Bai's tie-dye, as follows:change the ideas and methods of the transmission, promote the cultural transformation of the tie-dye; definitude the training objectives of the ethnic minority areas and schools, not only develop the national talent adapt to the outside, but also foster the nation's outstanding members; establish the learning community for the transmission of Bai's tie-dye, build a platform for folk transmission, weave an effective transmission network; there are many folk festivals and developed tourism in Bai area, we should make good use of them to transmit the tie-dye, maybe it is an effective way.
