The thesis is set on the research of the cultural industries in Shanxi Province Development Plan (2009-2015) and the design practice of the first batch of cultural industry in Shanxi Province Key Project "Taiyuan Wayao cultural and creative industries park", and based on the ralative theories of the research of constructuon and space, cultural& creative industry, visual communication design and so on, in the form of non-plain text form, states the ways and means of implementation of the project under the specific and practical conditions, through the park design practice and case studies to achieve the unique park space experience and spiritual place expression. From the theoretical point of view of space,the paper makes the analysis and explanation to the regional culture, the relationship between people and places, and to the shaping of visual environment and park design elements and means with the help of specific content of the relevant theoretical basis. The paper puts forward specific ways and means of the transformation and use of old industrial building space and construction of a local cultural creative industry parks with the specific methods of the process of project implementation, from the place spirit to express the park space humane, rationality, applicability and significance of human values in different concrete operational levels and makes the research process possible, realistic and maneuverable with the guidance of the creative design process and the theoretical basis.
