Research On City Culture And City Spirit From The View Of Cultural Philosophy

From the perspective of cultural philosophy，it is studied the urban culture and cityspirit from the relationship between culture and the overall environment in this paper.Qiqihar has a long history and culture，it is a multi-ethnic settlements since ancienttimes. In the long historical development process，because of its unique geographicalenvironment，it forms an unique material culture and non-material culture which isdifferent from the other areas，such as high spirited creek culture，cranes culture，etc.These kinds of culture formed in different historical period，not only occupies animportant position in the Heilongjiang history and culture，but also occupies animportant position in the cultural history of the Chinese nation. This article discussesthe Qiqihar city culture and city spirit from several aspects：the first part is theoreticalresearch about culture；the second part for Qiqihar culture condition Qiqihar culturehistory， and Qiqihar urban culture resources； the third part put forward thecountermeasures and suggestions on the development of Qiqihar culture afterreflection on the problems existing in the cultural ecology，and discusses how toestablish the City Spirit of Qiqihar.
