The Research Of Engineering Community's Ethical Responsibility

With rapid development of modern science and technology, the humanity ability to intervene the natural had become more and more formidable. With the unceasing implementation of modern engineering project and creation of a great deal of material wealth, the social negative affection of projects in relief comes out day by day. Meanwhile, the engineering community which as the main body of modern engineering activities, their knowledge and ability are unceasingly growing, the nature and composition are changing too. The consequences of their behavior is becoming more and more complex, serious, long-lasting and difficult to predict. So, the modern philosophy of science and technology must make deep reflection about ethical responsibility of engineering community.The basic idea of this article is basic on analysis and summarized a lot of cases.
