Purpose:The particular situation of sports competition let the athletes always in tension and stress, the athletes are prone to anxiety because the results of the competition is uncertainty. Currently the methods to reduce sport anxiety is the primary means of simulation training, relaxation training, training motivition, establish reasonable goals. In recent years, nerve chemical and neurophysiological methods gradually on the rise, combined with psychological questionnaires, analysis the individual characteristics of specific athletes. This paper is based on the functional orientation of the cerebral cortex, the model of multi-dimensional of attention and the theory of motion perception, through a systematic long-term physiological and psychological training, to give a a multitasking of perception channels training (mainly in vision, hearing, motion perception).By increasing processing standards of corresponding multi-channel perception cortical functional areas, expand the human brain,s capacity of processing information, improve the level of specialized perception, optimize the allocation of resources of individual attention, and ultimately reduce the stress-induced anxiety predicted, enhance athletic performance..Method:42 first-line players in Shooting Archery Center in Shanghai, choose the《state-trait anxiety scale》and《SMMU military predicted stress-induced anxiety scale》as the anxiety measurement tools, and statistical competition results in stress.According to their personal ambition and the coaches, advise, divided the athletes of normal《STAI》results into training group and control group. Pairs of the training group a multitasking of perception channels training. After eight months of systematic training and re-measurement of《state-trait anxiety scale》,《SMMU military predicted stress-induced anxiety scale》, statistical the competition results in stress. Comparing the change of scale scores and competition results in training group and control group separately. According to the《SMMU》scores divided the athletes into groups with low possibility of anxiety, the middle group and high possibility of anxiety group. Compare the effect of predicted anxiety scores to the functions of cerebral cortex Optimization-Integrated training.Result:The value of state anxiety of training group decreased significantly after training, the trait anxiety and competition results in stress have no significantly change. There is also no significant change in the control group. The cerebral cortex attention-sport function optimization-integrated training can reduce the anxiety response in stress, improve race performance. In the training group, the value of state anxiety, trait anxiety and the possibility of anxiety in future stress were all significantly decreased [77.25±4.921,67.88±8.202; 52.88±6.749,41.25±6.944; 50.38±6.232,42.00±5.632; P <0.05], Competition Results in stress significantly increased, [0.8790±0.4436,0.9196±0.0476, P <0.05], the low and middle anxiety forecast in future stress have no significant change. Conclusion:The cerebral cortex attention-sport function optimization-integrated training method can reduce the stress-induced anxiety of athletes and enhance competition performance. In particular, to the athletes whose scores for predicted anxiety are high, means are more likely to anxiety in the future stress, the effect is particularly evident. Athletes can be applied to daily training to prevent the future stress -induced anxiety, provides an objective and scientific psychological training methods for the athletes and coaches.
