During the Anti-Japanese War, the Communist Party of China had under the guidance of human rights theory established by Marx combining the particular conditions of this period and the situation of actual struggle to develop extensive human rights. This was not only played the role of launching the mass to the Anti-Japanese War to get the great victory of it, but also accumulated some valuable experiences to the construction of human rights in new China. Under the circumstances of the Japanese Imperialism and the Reactionary Kuomintang Regime destructing people's rights and Chinese hungering for their rights, the CPC formulated a series of policies and regulations to protect human rights, while revealing the crimes done by the Japanese Imperialism who destroyed them. The construction of politics, economy, society and culture in Anti-Japanese base areas promoted the development of human rights and made the period of War of Resistance became the booming period of protecting human rights. The construction of human rights in the anti-Japanese base areas evoked people's enthusiasm promoted the building of democratic politics and legal systems and laid the foundation of the CPC in power and human rights construction in new China. Understanding the construction of human rights guided by Marxism in the anti-Japanese base areas will give us some significance lessons to building human rights.
