During that period, they also take part in some military fight, e.g. building some armies and reorganizing them into People's Liberation Army after negotiating with other parties. Whereby, the Revolutionary of Committee of Chinese Kuomintang, Chinese Peasants'and Workers'Democratic Party and China Democratic League conduct a series of effective instigating rebellions, which makes great contribution to the victory of People's War of Liberation.On the day of November 25th, 1948, several talks go on at the liberated areas between all leaders of every Mid-way Party and the CPC and finally "On the Political Consultative Conference held in New Issues" comes to terms, which stands for the periodic success of the New CPPCC's preparation. Although the Kuomintang's offensive peace of the beginning of 1949 gives Democrats some troubles, they reach common understanding quickly. 55 persons including Li Jishen arriving in Liberated Areas published a joint article called "Views on the current situation" on January 22nd, 1949 and they show clearly that they will accept the leadership of the CPC.
