This paper attempts to research the problem of"how to improve the effectiveness of teachers'classroom teaching verbal behavior"by analyzing the basic contents such as the characteristics, elements, requirements and problems of effective classroom teaching verbal behavior.Since the inception of teaching activities, how to improve the effectiveness of teaching becomes the goal of education, teaching history is a vivid"Effective Teaching"history."Effective teaching"as an important topic of education, at different times have different concerns of the theme. This stage, the new curriculum reform was in progress to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching reform has become an urgent problem. Therefore, effective teachers in classroom teaching of verbal behavior, is to seek professional development of teachers to achieve teaching exchange of information, create a harmonious classroom to improve teaching quality and the inevitable choice.This article asserts:"Effective Classroom Teaching verbal behavior"that is"effective teachers in the classroom verbal behavior";"the effectiveness of classroom teaching speech acts,"which means the"effective degree of classroom verbal behavior."The former points to"verbal bahavior", the latter points to the"effectiveness"; the former points to the bahvrior itself, the latter points to the degree of behavior.Effective verbal behavior of teachers teaching purpose, direction, and flexibility features of the default; it contains at least four basic elements: a wealth of emotion, thought-provoking issues, active mind and positive feedback; right Classroom Teaching basic requirements of validity of the act are: teachers teaching speech acts to intentions clear, speech concise, inspiring and interactive generation induction. I find that teachers are teaching speech acts there are many problems, such as: the level of professional knowledge of teachers and teachers need to be improved verbal level, teachers and class size is too large. so, I think: to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, teachers should express a clear intention to create a teacher-student interaction in the teaching environment, using appropriate body language and focus on just the individual differences of students. Teachers in teaching practice, learning and exploration, and gradually improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching verbal behavior, to promote harmonious and healthy development of students.
