The Studies Of The Relation Between The Academic And The Poetry With The Prose Creations Of The Song's Donglai Lv's Clan

The research of the ancient clan's literature, which is targeted on clans in ancient China and based on literary research, have become another new field of literature research over the last decades. The research is the result of the cross-over study on field of Literature, Sociology and History study, and so on. This is reflected that the development trend towards subjects integration on current academic research. Inspired by the academic background, this thesis selects the Song's Donglai Lv's Clan as a study object, because the clan is a famous prominent family in the Song Dynasty, it has a high political status and great scholarly achievement, which make the clan enjoys reputation. Besides, in the literature, Lv Benzhong, a member of Donglai Lv's Clan, is a famous literary author, so the clan isn't neglected by Chinese Classical Literary History researchers. In a word, Donglai Lv's Clan is truly representative of the clan in the Song Dynasty and a worthy research object. But in the course of the study, this thesis selects the clan's scholarship as the point of entry in the research and studies the relationship between scholarship and literature so as to realize the clan's achievement of literary creations.According to the features of the scholarship for the clan's members, the clan's the academic development phase is divided into three stages, as the formation, the development and the maturity stage. Then, this thesis mainly researches the relationship between scholarship and literature of the clan's members in these three stages and focuses on a representative in each stage, in order to avoid listing one item while missing 10,000 others, this thesis also focuses on comparing with each the clan's members, that constitute the first, the second and the third chapter, which are three important parts in this thesis. By studying Lv Gongzhu's, Lv Xizhe's, Lv Benzhong's, Lv Zuqian's, Lv Zujian's, to name a few, academic achievement and the poetry with the prose creations, the thesis finds that, with the development of the clan's academic features from one side to large-scale in research, the attitude of the clan's members toward literature have changed from contempt to attention, in addition, it is obvious that the clan's scholarship pass generation to generation, so the clan has great achievements and scholarly temperament in literature, that's to mean scholarship has an important impact on literature.
