Analysis And Explanation Of The Elegant Music And Singing Refined Language Of Suishu

"Sui Shu·Music Records" occupies a very important position in the ancient music logs. "Sui Shu·Music records" of this deposit is divided into upper, middle and lower three volumes, and the main content, which covers quite a range, is divided into two parts, the elegant music part and the folk music part. With all reasons, the elegant music and singing refined language in "Sui Shu? Music Record" got neither sufficient attention nor any in-depth research. According to the requirements and characteristics of this discipline, this thesis intends to find out the objective lying in the elegant music and singing refined language and the subject inside every lyric by interpreting the titles; and then makes a systematic analysis and explanation of what the lyric is trying to deliver based on the previous comments and interpretation. All the naming taboos, simplified characters, alternative style words, ghost words, loan characters and so on will be reserved; and all literary quotations, uncommon phrases and uncommon words will be phoneticized.The focus of the interpretation of titles will be laid on the excavation and summary of the lyrics. Based on the above micro-analysis, a macro-analysis of "Sui Shu·Music Record" written a second time will be done in the following three aspects, namely, the first one is the general introduction to the elegant music in and before the period of Sui, the value and meaning of this thesis, both the historical and realistic conditions and the range and intention of this study; the second is the practical functions of the elegant music and singing refined language in the royal ritual festivals and ceremonies; the third is the practical function in the Chao-hui etiquette.
