Theory of "Human oriented" originated in philosophy, in the continuing process of development, gradually gets access into many kinds of fields. When used in the field of design, it is becoming a valuable design principle. However, many designers define the "human" which had a broad meaning like the "people" and "person " before only as a "user", and use the consideration of "user" to start the design. Meeting the users' needs looks like their only target. In this case, the anti voice is heard. Donald Norman even raised the view that design should not be "Human oriented". It is time to stop following blindly to that tide and look back, if the mainstream, "Human oriented"= "User centered" idea, has certain imperfection or biase.Product itself is determined by a number of factors. In the scratch and design from raw materials into finished products can be used in the process of a relationship with the interaction of the "people" very much, not just the user.In the process of producing, there are so many people taking part in, for example, suppliers, manufacturers, dealers, not just the users, all of which can we ingore in the design? Or if any of the users's need is met, will the product be success for sure? Sometimes, to cut some complicated elements in the theory is useful, but some representative and key element should not be reduced, which must be understood clearly and identified correctly. Otherwise some problems and conflicts will be revealed. My paper focuses on the definition of "human" in the "Human-oriented design" and the relationship between them. Then according to the different needs of these people, using the theory of cooperative game and non-cooperative game, seek for a balance in design. And get the result of "T-type" or "E-type" products. In this way, we can get the "Human-oriented design" modified into more appropriate and perfect use.
