With the development of technology, it has become an undoubted fact that the visual culture prevails over traditional literal printing. Taking a look around us, movies,TV, theatre, photography, painting, fashion, advertisement, image designing ,international video,picture books,body and so on are all involved in the building of the visual culture,and at the same time,become its important forms of expression.Film,as a particularly important one,whose marvellous special effects and visual spectacle with the help of technology give audience wonderful sensory excitement and visual impact, gets a huge box-office success.It is now gradually changing from traditonal descriptive film to modern spectacle film. Nowadays,such tendency is also appears among films in the current mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan of China.The article, taking the different visual culture spectacle of films in the current mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan of China as my objects of research,is trying to seek the deep cultural reason, with the instruction of comparative culture study theory.The first chapter elaborates on what is visual culture and the visual turn of modern culture .The second chapter mainly talks about the different visual culture of films in the current mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan of China ( combined with movies). I will describe and analyze in the aspect of color,action, scene,skill,body and sex, and horrible atmosphere. On this basis , in the third chapter , I analyze in detail the different visual culture spectacle of films in the current mainland , Hong Kong and Taiwan of China from different culture of these area , to find out their sameness and differences. Finally,the forth chapter explains the significance of such phenomenon.
