The Governor Luo Bing Zhang In Late Qing Dynasty

Luo Bing Zhang(1793-1867), the qing dynasty minister, and Zeng Guo Fan,Zuo Zong Tang,Li Hong Zhang,the people saying:"Late Eight famous officials."Death, the Qing government grants, "Prince's Tutor,"is focusing "Wen Zhong".As an important regional premiers of qing dynasty, Luo Bing Zhang whether manages Hunan for ten years, or the governor of Sichuan for seven years, are dedicated, caring,honest and clean, reform political corruption, economic regulation,had produced strong impact in Hunan and Sichuan. Meanwhile, Luo Bing Zhang on the creation and development of the Xiang Army, played a significant role.Therefore, such an important local officials can not be ignored.
