A Study On Pronouns In Ningwu Dialect

This paper in the light of the research of the reality, explains that the basic appearance and the special usage of pronouns system in Ningwu dialect.Ningwu dialect pronouns including personal pronouns, demonstrative pronouns and interrogative pronouns. The structure form, rational meaning and pragmatic meaning of Ningwu show many different characteristic from Mandarin. The paper is trying to describe from above three parts and summrise the feature of each kind of pronouns.Personal pronouns parts:(1) The constitution form of the personal pronouns.The personal pronouns of Ningwu dialect is constituted by the three personal pronouns and other personal pronouns, and they include the singular and plural. The singular and plural of the three personal pronouns have basic form and change form. (2) The rational meaning and pragmatic meaning of Ningwu dialect's personal pronouns show its diversity between the personal pronouns of Ningwu dialect and the mandarin. (3) Conclusions. The manifestations of Ningwu dialect's personal pronouns are variousness. The personal pronouns have virtual means, any means, and its form of plural can be expressed as singular meaning, it retains the use of Modern Chinese.Demonstrative pronouns parts:(1) The performance of demonstrative pronouns in Ningwu dialect divides into two parts of close indicting and far indicating. "Zhe(这)"has four pronunciations:"这1[ts(?)24]","这2[tsei52]","这3[ts(?)u52]","这4[ts(?)44]"; "Na(那)"has four pronunciations:"那1[nA52]","那2[nei52]","那3[n(?)u52]","那4[n(?)44]".(2) The rational meaning and pragmatic meaning of Ningwu dialect's demonstrative pronouns show its diversity between the demonstrative pronouns of Ningwu dialect and the mandarin. The interrogative pronouns that ask the person, something, the premises, the time, the reasons, is constituted by the six basic morphemes and other morpheme.(2) The rational meaning and pragmatic meaning of Ningwu dialect's interrogative pronouns show its diversity between the interrogative pronouns of Ningwu dialect and the mandarin. Based on the description of the Ningwu dialect's pronouns system, the paper explains the forms of numerous Old Chinese retained in Ningwu dialect, and discusses their extremely rich expressive forms and connotations, which was caused by the above, differing from Mandarin's pronouns.
