As a nation, China confronted with its darkest time when entered into 20th century. With few years after his death, the Thought and the works of Nietzsche were introduced into this land and its scholars under this miserable circumstance and in the background of a rapid-changing society. In the very beginning of 20th century in China society, Nietzsche was regarded as a symbol of anti-tradition. Among the top scholars at the time, Nietzsche was considered as a powerful stimulation and important theoretical support, which was quite the fashion leads the world minds, to the culture and spirits refresh and reborn of Chinese Nation and its innumerable people.In the 1930s, Thus Spoke Zarathustra was translated into Chinese as one unabridged full-text version for its first time. The introduction and fully translation of Thus Spoke Zarathustra offered much more Chinese readers and researchers the key to open the amazing and vast richness of mind and spirit of Nietzsche. Thus Spoke Zarathustra was supposed to be the most important and famous work of Nietzsche and attracted Chinese scholars and translators with charm language and sensible concepts until nowadays. This paper aims to provide an aspect to acknowledge and represent the values and principles of Nietzsche's main thought by analyzing the important terms and concept such as "Untergang"(down going), "Der Sinn der Erde" (sense of the earth)," Ubermensch" (superhuman being) and "Seil"(rope) for instance. Furthermore, this article also has the object, which is worthy to attempt, to aid to strengthen the comprehension for these terms in Chinese language and perspective with comparison between two versions of translation works of Xu Fan-cheng and Sun Zhou-xing.
