Little heroes, the figures in Red Children Classics, not only have been a classic symbol of Chinese children, but also the symbol of the growing spirit of new China since the founding of New China. Because of its unique artistic charm, these figures make us feel warm. Nowadays, with the advanced means of communication, the figure of little heroes re-sketch a children's hero world for Chinese, which becomes a hot topic. Meanwhile, the process of the figures'building, adaptation and commuicaiton forms a Special cultural phenomenon.From the perspective of art communication and based on the communication theories and methods, this article inspects the use of text analysis within the framework of the macroscopic inspection, while achieving conscious combination of cultural studies and aesthetic studies. By analyzing the communicators and audience, media, strategy, the article points out the problems and countermeasures to communication of the figure of the little heroes under the new economy and the medium condition.This paper consists of five parts:First, general introduction to communication of the figure of little heroes; Second, communicators and audience to communication of the figure of little heroes; Third, media choice to communication of the figure of little heroes; Fourth, communicative strategy of the figure of little heroes; Finally, problems and countermeasures to communication of the figure of little heroes.Chapter One cardings the communication of the figure of little heroes systemly, including the concept of "Red Children Classics" and "Little Heroes", three characteristics presented in the communication process, and communication surroundings.Chapter Two mainly discusses the communicators and audience. Communicators include original communicator and following communicator. The audiences are divided into "public" ones and "satisfied-set" ones by time process, as well as the "uses and gratifications" for children.Chapter Three focuses on the media choice. Printing and opera medias are used in the communication of little heroes figure, as well as the movie and TV media. Kinds of medias make the communication of the figure of little heroes becoming wider and deeper. Numerous medias work together, act to each other and make up the colorful appearance.Chapter Four analyzes the communicative strategy of the figure of little heroes through a case study on cartoon adaptation. Meanwhile, the mass media completes the agenda setting work with "media events", and reach the aquirement of patriotic education by "cultivation".Chapter Five puts forward the problems and countermeasures to communication of the figure of little heroes, such as, insisting on "children standard" with humanistic care; extending new communication channels and using new media technology; enhancing self-discipline, improving audiences'media literacy, and forbiding Joking and KUSO.In a word, the originality of this paper lies in the point that by making an interdisciplinary research, and pay more attention to the communication of the figure of little heroes from the text.
