Moral Element And The International Entironment Governance

Human society put more emphasis on the ecological and environmental problems since 1950s to now.As we all know,the most important reason is the terrible conseqences caused by worsening ecological environment such as global warming, species extinction and deadly infectious diseases threatens the human society's survival and development.At the same time, the integrity nature of the ecological environmental problems lead to any country may not depend on its own strength to solve the problem and any country or region's ecological environment deterioration might evolve into the global ecological disaster,so international entironment goverence has become one of the most important issue for international community to cooperate with each other. In contrast,ideology and academics have put forward various theories,promoting international cooperation of ecological environment.Overall power factors can be divided into two kinds :one kind is based on the ecological theory that modern society industrialization and urbanization modes of production and life is the root cause of this problem,so economic and social structures should be rebuilt under the principle of ecology.The people should deal with the problem for the interests of the whole mankind,even at the height of the interests of the global ecosystem and replace the current ecological value of the economic value of thinking.This is in fact trying to raise the moral standards of mankind to solve the environment crisis.For another,it can be summed up as the environmentalist approach,this theory suggests that it is precisely because the integrity of the environmental crisis that all countries can not stand for their own interests,they should take effective cooperation to deal with this issue.Thus formed the differences on international entironment governmance between dynamic factors,namely,whether it is to rely on moral ascension or still with interest improvement.This paper focuses on moral factors and interests combination.First of all,we explore the different connotations and principles of morality.Morality can be divided into individual morality and ethical morality by American thinker Niebuhr's theory.I prove that althought the comparisons between them miss in purity and altruism,because of the characteristics of the international community's structural,the role of the State,as well as communication methods and other reasons,ethical morality is more likely to promote international cooperation.After that,the paper will further demonstrate how combine national interest with moral factors and promote international social progress.If the act of state is divided into objectives,methods and effectiveness,obviously,the purpose is very difficult to discover from outside,so this paper discusses both the means and effects of ethical factors,in particular,how ethical morality works.Comparation of the means focus on the differences between violence and non-violence means,and further discussed below,the international ecological cooperation pave the way for environmental governance.The end,the green barriers in international trade,Nepal AllenⅢwater conservancy and the《United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change》,through the adoption and development of three examples that illustrate how ethical morality factors through the interests of the state and the international interest to promote international cooperation of ecological environment.Full-text aims at the traditional theories of international relations and attempt to draw wisdom applied to the ecological environment of the international process of reflection in order to find an international ecological environmental governance to promote the theory and practical access.
