Analysis Of Network Complex Learning Behavior Based On Learning Style

With the springing up and popularization of quality-oriented education, learner-centered and network learning, network learners and its learning behavior have become one of the study hotspot. What the network learner obtains in the learning process is not just knowledge; what's more achieve the integrated skills of speaking, feelings, attitudes and so on. By studying the network complex learning behavior of learners with different learning style, we founded that the characteristics of network complex learning behavior, the relationship between learning style and network complex learning behavior will in favor of the construction of network learning environment, the rational organization and presentation of resources, network learning effectively and learner's full development.This paper is an integration of theory and practice, adopts literature analysis, surveys, comparative analysis, and other research methods. The paper further expounded the concept of complex learning, more accurately described the whole process of complex learning behavior combined with the research results of complex learning, from chaos, system and learning theory, and constructed the model of complex learning behavior though specific and detailed the Ralph D·Stacey's complex adaptive learning system. On that basis, it statistical analysis the network complex learning behavior of different learning styles, and summarized the characteristics and problems of learners in the complex process by questionnaire survey the learners'learning style and network learning complex, and then designed the relation map between learning style and network complex learning behavior. Finally, making suggestions for the construction of resource and interactive in the network complex learning environment according to the results of the analysis and relation map. There are two major innovations in this paper:the first one is combining complex learning with network learning; the second is investigating the network complex learning behavior from learners.Through this study, we can have a clearer and deeper understanding to complex learning and complex learning behavior. It has important practical significance for the construction of network complex learning resources, interactive environmental, and conducive to the overall development of the learner.
