A Study On The System Management On Gansu' Tibetan Buddhism Temples In Eyes Of Public Administration

Since the reform and opening up, Tibetan Buddhist monasteries, as well as other social organizations, are changing with the social progress and reform, due to the constant improvement of the market economic system, the development of towns and the overall advancement of new rural construction. How to adapt to social development is the key issue facing the current government, Buddhist organizations, temples Democratic Association Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as Temple Management Committee) and the monastery. Tibetan Buddhism of Gansu is faced with the same issue. Especially in the new century, the reform and continuous improvement of social management at all levels put into the democratic management of the monastery a fresh vitality, and a new temple management system is gradually forming, and it also provides Tibetan Buddhism with a very valuable practical and theoretical basis to adjust to the socialist system.According to state law on regional ethnic autonomy, strengthening the management of religious affairs and the policy of religious freedom, this paper study and analyze the management systems and mechanisms of Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Gansu, basing on the related theory of public administration. In policy, this paper considers the following issues:including the external macro-management of the government, the policy of management and service as a social group, the monastery's own internal management systems and mechanisms of reform and self-improvement, the playing of the functions of Buddhist Temple Management Association organization and coordination, the establishment of Tibetan Buddhism Long monastic system management, etc.On this basis, through literature analysis and practical research, this paper explores and recommends the relevant countermeasures of long-term stability the harmonious development of Tibetan monastery. From the theoretical and practical point of view, studying and solving the problem of Tibetan Buddhist monastic system management is a systems engineering for the establishment and improvement of local public administration and social service, which is bound to has a significant positive effect on Tibet's social development and long-term stability, national unity and the motherland Unity...
