Political leader's activities have a strong affection on Party and country's development in some history peoriod.And a coutry's histroy and it's culture ability is also labeled by a lively political leader.Photojournalism is some kind of an imported good,so,how can it be used by easten social politic which is totally different from western system? The camera-"a vehicle for propaganda" in revolutionary war,can it's reporting function be completely transformed naturally and be an ideal reporting tool of the journalists? Is the mass an independent thinker and a beholder,or a motley crowd of with different interests demand?Can journalists control or be controlled by the camera?How do the photojournalistic system which once present a false appearance in history of Chinese photojournalism,satisfy the diversity of the modern mass? To Chinese political leaders,can the conflict caused by their social identification and self-identify withstand the test from pictures which seems logical and realistic?In the political system, the journalistic ideal is carried on the back of Chinese photojournalists.Why the Chinese leader's photos are rarely seen in international press photo contests and how to make a change?This paper try to deal with the path of broadcast and reporting system, to combine theory with practice from the political ideology's control on artistic ideology in history.After the textual research in history, the style of leader's pictures changed from forbidden to open,from attemption to promotion, from breaking the limits to forming an ideal characteristic, the meaning of progress will do some help to make a breakthrough in Chinese political leader's photojournalism.
