The "Yiwenzhi" of History of the Former Han Dynasty recorded the Chinese novels and works in the "Zhuzilve" for the first time. Authorized history recorded novels from then on, and the Chinese orthodox novel concept was built. Although the novel was trivial, it always developed and left some traces. The Ming Dynasty novels were resplendent in the history of Chinese novel. The classical novels and the popular novels developed simultaneously with their respective characteristic. Such as "Four Masterpieces"and"Talk or Clap" are very well-known popular novels, because they almost conform to the modern novel concept, and have been extensive researching. On the contrary, the research of classical novels is not so extensive. The "Yiwenzhi" of History of Ming Dynasty only records Ming Dynasty novels, there are 127 novels in total, adding up to 3370 volumes. In this thesis, from "GengJiBian" to "OuDongSiLu", a total of 32 novels are picked out to make a systematic research. The thesis takes the recorded time as an order, each novel as a unit. As comprehensively as possible to collect all the literature materials about author, edition, comment, preface and postscript of the 32 novels, to form systematic and complete data. Meanwhile, according to my understanding and induction, I will make some general comments on each author's life, the time when each novel was published, as well as the main contents and different versions in past dynasties or now of each novel, and so on.
