An Analysis On The Process Of China Film Group Corporation's Industrialization (1999-2009)

This thesis broadly analyzes the characteristics of China Film Group Corporation (CFGC for short)'s film industry chains evolution from 1999 to 2009 and tries to summarizes the main characteristics of CFGC during the industrialization successive eras.This thesis briefly divides the decade into three eras, there are the newly established era (1999—2002), the joint stock reform era (2003—2006) and the industrialization developing era (2007—2009) respectively.During the newly established era, the CFGC set up the prior film industry chains; during the joint stock reform era, the CFGC aimed at structural reform of property rights of its main links, and improved the interface between the various links point; during the last but the industrialization developing era, the CFGC has built a complete industrial chain, and the management system and operation mechanisms are maturing. The CFGC develops all the six links, including producers, production, marketing, publicity, distribution, product development, which makes a leap forward in its development.
