Chinese Five-Color And Modern Living Room Interior Color Andlysis

China has a thousands of years'civilization, its cultural heritage is very rich, complicated, and splendor. Early 2,500 years ago, there had appeared the literature of the"Five-Color"in China. China's traditional culture of interior colors is mainly influenced by ideology, hierarchy, level of technology, materials and other implications. This article emphasizes on the use of red and primary colors, pays attention to the psychological effects of color, the use of the color , and the emotional expression of the color. With the rapid development of the internet, the convenience of the modern means of transport, the acceleration of the process of global integration, the smaller differences in regional and national characteristics and the national integration, the traditional color's impact on the nation spirit is growing reduced ,it become more and more important to inherit and develop the traditional culture. As a graduate student majored in modern decorative design , as a quasi-artist, we have the duty and responsibility to regard the inheritance and development of the ancient Chinese culture as our responsibility, and we have the duty to strive to do a good job with these aspects of the work within our capacity. While the research and collection of this part of the cultural heritage looking for its historical value and applying this value to the modern interior decoration color, is a large workload and very valuable work, the work has a very important guiding significance to the practical and theoretical research value for our today's interior color design. It has far-reaching significance and practical significance to analyze traditional culture and traditional Chinese interior color culture, to extract the realistic, practicable and important contents for modern Chinese interior design.This article absorbs nutrients from the theory of"Five-Element"and"Five-Color"in Chinese traditional culture;In chapter one I start with five-direction, five-element and calendar. Then analyze the philosophy cultural background of Chinese"five-color"from two points which are philosophy cultural and the Feng Shui. Then analyze the relation of Chinese"five-color"and modern west color system .Additionally, analyze the application of the"Five-Color"in the Chinese ancient royalty and the civil in order to explain the use of five-color in the history.The second chapter explores color contemporary interior decoration, do a preliminary analysis and research respectively from the concept,backgrounds ,the psychological and physiological effects by colors, and specific use of contemporary interior colors in different age groups and different regions indoor.In chapter III, the study of the Chinese five-color and contemporary interior colors has been conduced, consisting of the relation, social psychology background, principles and implications of their combination between Chinese five-color and contemporary interior colors. This article focuses on the application of Chinese five-color in contemporary interior colors, firstly summarize the interior use of rules of five-colors, then introduce the practical use of five-color from some specific rooms including the living room, bedroom, studying room, dining room, bathroom and balcony etc.Through inspecting the ancient Chinese system of philosophy and social phenomenon combining with contemporary home design and style of color, this article is on the bases of color psychology, orientation, ecology and other point of view, it researches the phenomenon of the use of color in ancient China ,on the same time, it combines with modern people's psychological trends of avoiding danger, seeking happiness and wealth, it explores preliminarily the use of color in the modern interior decoration. The article is relying on of the traditional colors in modern Chinese interior design. Today, numerous European-style buildings is erecting, in this circumstance, it has practical significance of the humanities to design with the"Five-Element"theory. This article serves as a catalyst to attract more knowledgeable people to concern, organize, discover the great research value and historical relevance of the Chinese traditional theories, such as feng shui ,Five-Element , yin and yang ,"Five Colors", to may thousands of years old traditions and cultural knowledge be handed down and carried forward for the modern human society, serving modern social life, serving the construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. I also hope to contribute to the promotion of the national culture, the heritage of the traditional Chinese philosophy, as well as the value of the color.
