On The Function Of Culture To The Free Development Of Human Being

With the development of human history, mankind has not only created a high level of material culture, but also created a higher spiritual culture, and culture for the free development of more and more people show a great role. To some extent the whole human history that is a cultural history, culture shaped people, who created the culture, there is dialectical relationship between people and culture. The world divided into two different camps:one camp of capitalism, one socialist camp; two camps had two different ideologies, one of capitalism's ideology, one of socialist ideology; because caused by two different ideologies of two different cultures:one culture of capitalism, one socialist culture. The increasing role of culture and cultural values, culture and people of the free development of the dialectical relationship between the development of culture on the role of human freedom, should be the main topic of cultural philosophy today.The term for the culture, ancient and modern scholars, the definition of its endless, is the so-called divergent views. This paper analyzes the evolution of the concept of culture and connotation, and according to many scholars on cultural definition of the concept of culture have been classified into narrow and broad culture; also from the ideological and cultural divide, the culture is divided into capitalist culture and socialist culture, capitalist culture is divided into enlightenment culture, hegemonic culture and mass culture stage; in introducing cultural connotations, not only expounded the characteristics of culture, ideology, also described the class nature of culture.Secondly, the socialist culture, Marxism in the classical authors Lenin and Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping for the proletariat culture and development. Emphasis is discussed by who are Marx, engls, Lenin and Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping relating to culture and the role of the classical authors of Marxists'view on culture.Third, from the premise of human nature defined by culture, we discuss the dialectical relationship between the development of culture and human freedom. Culture as a human being to grasp a special way on the objective world, it provided people with a specific picture of the world, which will benefit the world people know objective laws, So apply the objective laws of to transform the world. People change the world, but also to their ability to transform nature gradually enhanced. Different cultures have provided people with a variety of material culture and spiritual needs, as human needs are met, who also made progress. In the third chapter, the paper discusses the dialectical relationship between culture and the free development of the people. Culture is one of the essential rules and culture on the practice has a large role in itself, culture meet people's needs, from ideological perspective, culture can guarantee the free development of basic rights about people.Finally, the paper discusses culture's function on the free development of people from three aspects:one is that culture makes a role on politic and economic and the political and economic development, it make mankind material civilization and political civilization progress, people would be free; the second is the culture as a basic way that man hold the world and it providing a unique perspective, thus enhance people know the world, the culture which has practical character has methodology of great significance and thus enhance people's practice;three is levels in the form of the culture is a supplement of the human spirit, it can advance people's ethical standards, purify one's mind to pursue good and true and beautiful things, moral and spiritual improve people's culture, promoting the all-round development of human.
