Analysis Of The Nobel Prize In Literature Between 2001 And 2009

People must know the Nobel Prize in literature, but nobody understands it very well,especially for the trend of the latest Nobel Prize in literature in the twenty-first century. Based on the Nobel Prize in literature 2001-2009,this text is looked forward to answering how to correctly regard and evaluate the problem of the Nobel Prize in literature in the new period. It has not only historical value but also the cognitive meaning. This is a hot topic in the mass media as well as a blank space in our research fields. And it is propitious to grasp the contemporary world literature for us and there is strong practical significance. However, the Nobel Prize for Literature looks like a"familiar stranger"for us. Everyone knows, but they often are the parrots and imitate others. The words what other people have said become our sayings and the public think independently instead of ours. Therefore, if this can really clarify some issues in the development of the Nobel Prize in literature in this period and can evaluate it objectively and fairly in the new century, a small contribution may be made for the Nobel Prize in literature.This paper consists three parts. The first chapter as the preface briefs the research status for the 2001-2009 Nobel Prize in literature both home and abroad and presents the research content and significance. The following two chapters take the structure form from the points to the total. Chapter II which is divided into nine sections mainly explores Press Release of The Swedish Academy (or Presentation Speech) and analyzes the awarded reasons for the nine writers, which is the abundant theory matting for the contents in the third chapter. The text is anticipated to be able to make a more accurate, comprehensive and overall evaluation and summary in order to analysis whether is precise and presents the focus and concerns of Press Release. Chapter III of this paper makes the overall analysis of the 2001-2009 Nobel Prize in Literature. In the sectionⅠ, my own views are put forward for the most controversial and debated hot issues of the Nobel Prize in the period. Section II is a comprehensive survey for the 2001-2009 Nobel Prize in Literature。Firstly, this part analyzes the similarities between the nine awarded reasons to explore the "political" issues. Secondly, it analyzes the award questions in the recent years, which contain"Europe Centrism" tendency, the"cross-cultural", etc. The last past makes the superficial search for the commonality of the nine authors. And plenty of facts are listed to demonstrate the author's arguments in this section. Section III which is the conclusion of this article, is hoped to quell some controversy and leave the history of the Nobel Prize in Literature in the recent ten years. And this is in favor of it that we understand and evaluate correctly the Nobel Prize in Literature in the new century. The author believes that The Swedish Academy is still serious and responsible to perform their duties in despite of the shortcomings, therefore the results are more excellent enough to be convinced. And we have reason to anticipate the next Nobel Prize in Literature owing to its more achievements. So I take a positive attitude to the 2001-2009 Nobel Prize for literature.
