During Wei, Jin and Northern &Southern Dynasties times,because the Central Plains government was weak, China's situation was too bad to control the Western Region. In this backgrounds, Western Region's local nationalities regimes, nomadic regimes from China's north and other different regimes were all trying to control the western region. Different nationalitys and culture came in to Western Region one after another.This made western region's nationalities relationship became more complicated,and changing rapidly.It became base of new nationality formation and nationality's development in the future.Of course,it had great influence to western Region's political situation,economicdevelopment and culture exchanges too.Western Region were China's rare multi-nationality,vary religions,and vary culture all-existed area.
