Institutions of higher learning carry the mission of supplying high-level talent to the society. In fact the quality of talent is relevant to the teaching quality and efficiency. And the integration of information technology and curriculum is exactly the best way to enhance teaching effectiveness and efficiency in the process of education informationization. With three years experience of teaching"TV Editing& Directing"course, I found that the curriculum is not refining enough, the instructional design does not reflect the needs of education informationization, and teaching evaluation is not systematic and comprehensive. Based on the education informationization of institutions of higher learning and the internal demand of the teaching development, I studied the instruction design of integrating information technology into "TV Edting&Directing" Course. Oriented from the existential teaching problems and practical teaching practices, this paper, based on the relevant theoretical research, designs a plan for the integration of information technology and "TV Edting&Directing" Course. Then I evaluated the teaching effects and the design itself after the implementation of the program so as to support the study with the data.
