This paper reviews the course which from the 1860, Sino-Russian "Beijing Treaty" was signed, to 1910, "Japan-Korea combined Treaty" was signed, Japan eventually annexed Korea in 50 years, China, Japan, Russia to started the contest around the Korean peninsula.During this period, development of international relations in Northeast Asia can be divided into five stages: the first stage, from November 1860, Sino-Russian "Beijing Treaty" was signed, to February 1876, the "Japan- Korea rapprochement of the Statute" (that is, "Ganghwa Treaty") was signed. This stage is the beginning of Modern International Relations in Northeast Asia; the second stage, from February 1876, "Japan- Korea rapprochement of the Statute" (that is, "Ganghwa Treaty")was signed, to April 1885, Sino-Japanese "Convention of Tientsin "was signed. At this stage, the Japanese used of "Yun Yang Incident", had successfully opened the door of Korea, the old Korea to be "open", which was involved in the historical process of modernization; the third stage, from April 1885, Sino-Japanese "Convention of Tientsin" was signed, to April 1895, Sino-Japanese "Treaty of Shimonoseki" was signed. This stage is the most complex period of the Korean issue, at this stage, Japan and China engaged in a fierce competition in the Korean peninsula, and thus led to the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895, China was defeated and eventually withdrew from the Korean peninsula. In the meantime, the Russo-Japanese conflict was becoming acute at this stage; the fourth stage, from April 1895, Sino-Japanese "Treaty of Shimonoseki" was signed, to September 1905, "the Russo-Japanese Peace Treaty" (that is, Portsmouth the treaty) was signed. The main features of this stage are: the Russo-Japanese conflict intensified, and thus lead to Russo-Japanese War, Russia was defeated and exited on the Korean peninsula; Anglo-Japanese alliance was formatted, Modern International Relations in Northeast Asia begun to take shape; the fifth stage, from September 1905, "the Russo-Japanese Peace Treaty" (i.e., the Portsmouth Treaty) was signed, to August 1910, "Japan- Korea annexation treaty" was signed. This stage is the final stage of Modern International Relations in Northeast Asia, this time Japan in the Korean Peninsula was no rivals, and the annexation of Korea was only a matter of time. After the Russo-Japanese War, under the "Treaty of Portsmouth," Russia was withdrawn on the Korean peninsula, Korea became Japan's "protectorate", and Modern International Relations in Northeast Asia was final shape.Through review of history, this paper is discussed the reason of this period of the Korean Peninsula could caused by China, Japan, Russia concerned.In this paper, the events in other parts of the world to explain the events of this period in Northeast Asia, from another perspective on history of Modern international relations in Northeast Asia to explore.
