John Field, an Irish composer, is the inventor of the nocturne. He wrote 18 nocturnes,7concertos and 4 sonatas and so on. He is not famous Chopin. He had a profound impact on Chopin's and Fauve's nocturnes. Article is divided into the following chapters:Chapter one:The origin and development of nocturne. This chapter elaborates the origin and development of nocturne. Paving the way for the following chapters.Chapter two:John Field and his works. This chapter describes his times and environment. There is a close link between the composer and his times. In order to better understand his nocturne, understand the background of his life is very beneficial. Through a list of his major works, we have a better understanding of nocturne's position in his works.Chapter three:Music Analysis of John Field's nocturne. This chapter analyzes the rhythm, tone, strength levels, expression terminology, and complex rhythms of John Field's nocturne.Chapter four:Version Comparison of John Field's nocturne. Spectrum of cases in two versions and compare two versions of the play will help us better select Nocturne version.Chapter five:Performance Experience of John Field's nocturne. Through my own playing, introduce some performance points.In short, I used the comparison method, literature, induction, theory and practice of such methods. I hope to gain.
