In the development of art history, artists usually employ female image expressing their cognition. This paper attempts to use the female images from the "Art Window" as a threshold, discussing the lack of historical status of female artists, and very limited historical events and artistic characteristics of female artists along the history; illustrating the relationship between the psychological artistry and schemata expression of the contemporary Chinese women artists during the 1990s.Under the influence of western feminism and the diversity of Chinese cultural and art background, this paper focusing on explaining the female consciousness of exploring the context of arts and artistic language and schemata expressions, according to women's self-inquiry, self-reflection of the internal psychology, women with self-inquiry approach to their own shift of artistic perspective, to create independent works of spiritual and cultural character.Female consciousness and perspective plays the guidance role on contemporary art. Chinese women artists also make integrated use of the material which extends the meaning of female painting. They introduce a great variety of media and materials into social reality in an artistic way and extend their own ability to a much deeper area of development, and establish a multi-cultural context in an intellectual and academic field of research and development.
