The paper wants to review "Derrida-Gadamer Encounter".With the help of some words which didn't appear in the encounter,prompting the understanding of Derrida's suspiction to Hermeneutics.Furthermore, it can offer a view to the position in Derrida,Gadamer, Nietzsche and Heidegger.In "Derrida-Gadamer Encounter",Derrida's three suspition point to Hermeneutics are as follow: Good Will to understanding,coherent and integrated context, axiomatic precondition of interpretive discourse and identical agreement.
