Beijing is a long history and cultural traditions of the ancient city, but also of contemporary China's political economic and cultural center, historical background and modern blend of features bound to dietary and cultural life marked vivid imprint. In this paper, the Beijing restaurants name as object, from the perspective of rhetoric to analyze the rhetoric Beijing Restaurants name an. Through this research we hope to find the characteristics of rhetoric of the the Beijing Restaurants, and named the rhetoric reflected from specific cultural psychology, to have a certain name on the business name to get inspiration and reference.Thesis is divided into five parts:The first chapter is an introduction, describes its name and name of the research status of the object of this study was to define and explain the concept, and a brief description of this corpus collection and analysis methods.The second chapter from the syllable number, syllable rhythm, rhythm and euphony rhetoric characteristic of the Beijing Restaurants, the four aspects of the name and characteristics of the phenomenon of speech rhetoric.Chapter three discusses in detail the rhetoric in the name of the application of the Beijing Restaurants, analysis of speech in the division named in the positive rhetorical function.
