In teaching Chinese as a foreign language, teaching classifier is always difficult. In the first part, the paper introduces the study aims, methods and corpus's sources. In the second part, the paper do the contrast research of Japanese to Chinese classifiers , including studies of Chinese Classifiers and Japanese Classifiers and research survey of Chinese and Japanese classifiers, and finally used to make a form about Japanese quantifiers , draw a conclusion . The third part is the main thesis ,it is the investigate of Japanese native speakers'studies and acquisition of Chinese Classifiers , the first outlines the characteristics of native Japanese speakers learning, followed by the analysis of linguistic factors on the acquisition of the native Japanese speakers of Chinese classifiers, and then turn on the investigation and analysis of interlanguage of Japanese native speakers'studies and acquisition of Chinese Classifiers.In the four part, the paper according to the third part of the analysis, put forward for the made specific recommendations to teaching of Chinese classifiers for Japanese students , prepare for the follow-up study.
