Protection And Utilization Of Ancient Villages In The South Of Hunan

Under the new rural reconstruction's background, the problem of the ancient village's unreasonable construction receives more and more attention from society, and the contradiction between the ancient village protection and the villagers living standard's enhancement is also getting more and more incisive. To solve this problem, we are required to make an overall consider aspect such as social, economic, cultural factors, plan scientific and take the path to sustainable development when the ancient village is protected and developed.Studied on the correlated theories and practice from the domestic and foreign ancient village protection and the plan, in view of Chenzhou small-bu ancient village protection of current situation, from the ancient village sustainable development's angle, the thesis focused on resources superiorities and research value of the small-bu ancient village which has social, economic, vegetation, customs and other aspects, had a comprehensive and systematic analysis, analysed the extant primal problems of small-bu ancient village and conducted a deep research. The main results were as follews:(1) According to correlated theories and practice of domestic and foreign, the author systemaic summarized and induced a theoretical system and advanced idea of the ancient village's protection and development. The ancient common people residence's protection cannot only be the monomer protection, but should be the entire environment overall protection and so on.(2) The author analysed the ancient villages of the national other regions, and proposed protecting and developing the ancient village meeted problems such as the overal style of the ancient village destruction, the key construction to damage, the environment quality degradation and the traditional settlements to decline.(3) For common problems encountered in the ancient village, the author combined with small-bu village of existing resources, and proposed that small-bu village need to adopt corresponding measures and sub-item accomplish a concrete plan of the small-bu village conservation planning and tourism planning, that improve general survey and policy, advocacy and flexible to solve the problem of land ownership.At last, studying on Chenzhou small-bu village conservation and development, providing pattern to similar ancient village of southern Hunan area may refer, the author made a supplement to the theoretical system of the ancient village' conservation and utilization.
