Research And Application On Interior Space's Reconstruction Of Scrapped Industrial Building In The City

China is experiencing a shift from industrial civilization to post-industrial civilization reversion of industrialization, and it is a de-industrialization era. Along with the rapid development of Chinese economy, the adjustment of industrial structure, the updating of urban construction and the declining of traditional industry, there are a lot of industrial constructions are abandoned in the urban area. Although the abandoned industrial buildings have lost their original function of production, they still have a lot of the economic value, cultural value and social value. People realized that we could protect and reuse the abandoned industrial buildings rather than remove all the abandoned industrial buildings in the city. Thereby it is promoting the development of the city and also to reducing the "garbage" of city, thus achieve objective of sustainable development. So how to rebuild and reuse the abandoned industrial buildings of the city, make them suitable for the modern society and show their social value has become an important problem in the process of urban development.This paper re-examine the connotation of the abandoned industrial buildings from the perspective of urban renewal. Firstly, this paper uses the features of interior space of industrial construction as the starting point, and discusses the cause of abandoned industrial buildings of the city and its current Problems. And then points out the objective necessity of the reuse of abandoned industry constructions by analyze the value of them.Secondly, transformation strategies and transformation methods are put forward by analyzing the samples and summing up the technical ways of transformation. Thus the thesis can lay a scientific theoretical foundation for our country about the reuse of abandoned industrial buildings.Finally, developing trends of the reuse of the abandoned industrial buildings are forecasted. The feasibility of reuse measures for the interior space in Harbin Vehicle Plant is proposed, which improves this paper.
