Research On The Renovation And Reuse Management Of E Industrial Building Area In Zaozhuang City

The industrial building area was once the representative of the technological innovation in the rapid development of China's economy,and also a testimony to the city's complete image and development process.With the continuous advancement of global economic integration,the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,and the continuous development of urbanization,the traditional production industry has gradually withdrawn from the historical stage.Most industrial enterprises have successively moved out of the city,leaving the old industrial plants.Being idle and abandoned,the once glorious industrial area was surrounded by an expanding city and gradually became a central location.In the context of vigorous promotion of sustainable development in the country and regions,the recycling of resources has effectively promoted the transformation and renewal of old industrial buildings.This paper takes the combination of the transformation of the E industrial building area in Zaozhuang City and the creative industrial park as the starting point.Firstly,the basic theoretical issues related to the transformation of old industrial buildings were systematically summarized and organized,and the characteristics of old industrial buildings and creative industrial parks,the functions and transformation modes of creative industrial parks,and the feasibility of combining the two were found.Then it analyzes the background,location and current situation of the industrial area in Zaozhuang City,and investigates and evaluates the industrial heritage in the plant area.It also studies the relationship between E industrial zone and creative industrial park through PEST analysis.Fit and feasibility.Afterwards,under the premise of national macro-policy,Zaozhuang transformation and upgrading needs and E industrial zone transformation advantages,the planning strategies and plans for transformation and reuse were discussed in depth,including overall positioning,planning structure,transformation strategies and plans,ecological landscape restoration,etc.Many aspects.In the end,the E industrial zone will be transformed into a creative industrial park integrating industrial services,cultural heritage,and tourism and leisure.The research in this paper believes that the transformation of industrialbuildings should not only pay attention to various macro factors,but also continue the urban context,but also add new elements and new functions,and also require extensive participation of the public.It will play a certain role in the future transformation of resource-exhausted cities and open up a new development path for China's increasingly saturated construction market.
